When you can ask for a refund
Within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund if:
- The product did not deliver as described
- You experienced a technical error that prevented delivery
- You simply changed your mind — this is fine, no explanation needed
- The AI-generated content did not meet your expectations

We trust you. We do not require screenshots, proof, or explanations.
How to request a refund
- Email levantuann002@gmail.com with subject line "Refund request"
- Include your PayPal transaction ID or the email address you paid with
- We will process your refund within 1 business day (usually within a few hours)

That's it. No back-and-forth, no waiting weeks.
Tell us what went wrong
While we never require an explanation, we genuinely want to improve. If something disappointed you — the AI quality, the cultural depth, a missing feature — a one-line note helps us fix it for the next person. We read every email personally.
What happens to your access
After a refund, your VIP Pass or premium access is deactivated. Downloaded files (PDFs, seal images) remain yours to keep — we do not claw back digital files that have already been delivered.
Disputes
If you open a PayPal dispute, please email us first — we resolve refund requests faster than the PayPal dispute timeline and will not contest a refund request made in good faith.
