The service

ChineseNameCraft provides a free name-generation tool and optional paid digital products (Premium Reports, Seal Studio renders). The service is provided "as is" for cultural, educational and entertainment purposes.

Fair use

• Free generation is rate-limited per visitor (12 requests/minute). Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, or resale of generated content is prohibited.
• You may use generated names personally and commercially (business cards, branding, tattoos at your own discretion).
• You may not present generated names as certified by any naming authority — none exists here.

Digital products

• Paid reports and seal images are delivered digitally. We offer a 30-day full refund — see our Refund Policy.
• Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
• Purchase emails serve as receipts; keep them for support requests.

Cultural disclaimer

Five-element theory and traditional naming principles are cultural practices, not sciences. We make no claims about luck, destiny, or outcomes. Generated names carry no official status: passports and legal documents follow government transliteration rules exclusively.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
